PAPERS AND PUBLICATIONS:
NOTE: On January 4, 2015 Dr. Bragin came across a 47-year old article in Applied Optics which was taken from his Ph.D. dissertation. The article was attributed to Monroe Evans who supervised Joseph's work at the University of Wisconsin in the late 1960s. There was no attribution of his work, nor was he ever consulted. He immediately informed the editors and an appropriate correction was made. The article was taken, mostly verbatim, from pages 73-76 of Dr. Bragin's dissertation.
